Combined flights

This excursion provides plenty of activities: this intense day will begin with going up through the bed of the impressive River Rollers in 4×4 in order to reach the site of Two-Arm, the entrance of the Cirque of Mafate. Accompanied by your guide, you will reach the islet of Cayenne after a two hours walk. Once there, an authentic carry will be served at the lodge. After the lunch, a helicopter will pick you up there and lead you from the sky through this beautiful cirque before reaching the airfield.

Take off toward the cirque of Mafate, the only cirque unreachable by car. Crossing over the cirque toward Salazie. Stop in front of the «Voile de la Mariée» and entering the «Trou de Fer» by the «Bras des cavernes». This 600 meters deep crack where a river runs throw it offers sensational feelings. On your way back, stop above the Piton Maido, and landing on the heliport and transfer to your hotel.

During the over flight, we are offering you a lunch break at Domaine des Letchis, well known for the quality of its cuisine and its astonishing setting.
As soon as you get there, you will be able to enjoy the exotic garden before tasting one of the many local specialties right next to the “Marsouins” River. Then, we will come back to the Heliport.
Possibility of rafting and kayaking near the restaurant.

An atypical day in the south of the island
Departure towards the volcano by coach or 4WD. climb to the Pas de Bellecombe to discover the Piton de la Fournaise. Back to the Plaine des Cafres to join the belvedere of Bois Court. Hiking to the village of Grand Bassin. The hike lasts about 2:00 to 2:30 before arriving in this charming little islet. Small refreshment and continuation of the hike to reach the waterfall for the bravest (45 minutes a / r) No question of going back to walk e after this hearty meal, now is the time to admire the spectacular landscapes of the island comfortably installed in a helicopter.
